The GRE General Test
What is it?
The GRE is a computer based test for prospective graduate applicants. The test scores are used by admissions or fellowship panels to supplement undergraduate records and other qualifications for postgraduate study.
The Graduate Record Examinations General Test measures;
- Verbal reasoning
- Quantitative reasoning
- Critical thinking
- Analytical writing skills
When can I take it?
The GRE is available year round but can only be taken once per calendar month and no more than five times in any given 12 month period. (This still applies even if you've cancelled any previous scores).
